Serving appetizing meals, surrounded by laughter and enjoying the mere presence of your loved ones makes the environment and moment memorable. It is these memories that urges one to revisit all those places where they were themselves.
To savour the past moments and create memories to look back to, we wanted to introduce a fresh idea. Every Friday night, authentic and immersive Japanese culture was displayed with a futuristic twist. I, with my expertise in design and as a creative strategist, immersed myself with creative thinker, Elena Alexandra, and our creative writer Seema Kunder, introducing the ever-reforming and famous, Osaka Nights.
To bedazzle our customers with an audacious take on authentic Japanese food, we huddled together, coming up with different ideas and strategies to make Osaka Nights successful.
The execution and promotion of the concept was a challenge to work on. We were sure of one thing, we wanted to encourage a memorable dining experience. Osaka Night would commence every Friday night after 6 where an assortment of Japanese dishes would be served. The twist? The menu would be a complete surprise to the customer.

A flamboyant and colourful, playful, and exuberant, suspenseful, and thrilling experience was to be the theme and environment of the Osaka Nights.

The LED decor and neon coloured lights turned the night colourful and radiant. The vibrant colours exuded an environment that demanded fun, relaxation, a time where laughter encaptured every individual present.
Exuberance
DJ Megrov and Percussionist Walter Scalzone fluttered around the restaurant, engaging the customers. Neon gadgets placed on the table for arriving guests made the event wholesome and complete. The playful aura of the night encouraged people to have fun, let loose, and let the music consume them.

The Thrill
To bring more customers with the success of Osaka Nights can be a thrilling and suspense-filled experience. Social media platforms and PR companies can be engaged and invited to represent the exciting graphics that would reveal itself in the UAE market. The Osaka Secret Menu, food and drinks, would urge countless people to stumble inside the restaurant.

The impact
After perfecting the project and pouring our blood, sweat, and tears, 2nd July 2019 marked the day of the launch.
Welcoming success, Friday nights invited an overall 45% increase in sales and proved to be four times engaging than ever. 65% of the guests approved of this chic new idea and were fond of the vibe of the Osaka Nights.
The fruitful response of the launch earned the commemoration of the success of this small yet effective project. The teams communicated new ideas and encouraged new experiences, all due to teamwork.
